Method of Delivery: The Commission will be sent to the buyer through social media or email unless both the artist and client agree on a different method.

Work will not begin until the agreed payment has been issued to me, the artist.

Client may ask for up to three (3) major fixes in the sketch stage. Any additional fixes after that will have an additional fee depending on complexity. When possible, I will inform the client what is considered a major fix.

As the artist, I own the final artwork due to copyright law. I have full publication and printing rights, however, I will not print your OC's or claim your ideas as my own.

You may use your commission for personal use (printing, downloading, sharing on social media, applying on apparel/etc.), but you may not claim it as your work, nor distribute it or profit from it (unless you also pay for commercial rights).

If the client chooses to repost the artwork to social media, they must credit me, CosmicSeaSlugs, in the post.

The artist is not responsible for client miscommunication and absence of references prior to the drawing process.

NO AI ART/NFT(s): The commissioned work is NOT allowed to be used in AI systems and/or NFTs (Non Fungible Tokens).

The artist has the right to decline or cancel the contract at any time and will issue a refund if cancelled before completion of the commission. Depending on the amount of time/work put in at the time of cancellation, it will be a partial refund.

As the client, You agree and understand that a refund shall not be given once the art commission has been completed and/or has been sent to you.
